About CAS4

No. CAS4 is a web-based system and there is no need to download or install software to your computer.

However, the CAS4 App for Android auditing devices does need to be downloaded and installed on your mobile device if you wish to use it for auditing.  The CAS4 App is available on our web site.

CAS4 data stored is on private cloud servers, hosted in secure data centres located in Australia. Our hosting provider is governed by IS27001.

Clients who sign and pay a three year service agreement can also receive a 10% discount.

If you have multiple sites, then talk to us about how we can bundle for the best cost savings.

Our Client Relationship Manager will organise your agreement and invoice and then start guiding you through “on-boarding”.  We can supply you with the ‘tree template’ (Excel spreadsheet) for you to map out your facility or provided limited access to CAS4 for direct input. Guides and videos are available to help you load the CAS4 app onto auditing devices, access the web-interface and set up CAS4. You can also contact the HelpDesk for assistance. Once the agreement is returned and payment received, we can then turn on the full functionality of the system.

Training

We provide staff with a Certificate of Attendance for all our courses. Accredited training no longer exists for these courses.

No, we have designed our courses to focus on the relevant Standards/ Policies. For people using CAS4 we have an additional module at the end of the session. If you don’t have CAS4 you can leave early – or choose to stay and see what CAS4 can do.

Independent Cleaning Audits

We can provide three types of audits:

External Cleaning Audit – environmental. This is a visual/ touch inspection

External Cleaning Audit – UV. This requires two site visits – one to mark and another to check.

Internal Audit Review. We can review your internal audit program and compare to the relevant Standard or if there is no Standard then to your contract or policies & procedures.
