Training courses
Internal Cleaning Auditor
Suitable for new auditors or experienced auditors who would like a refresher.
This one-day course covers:
- An overview of the Victorian Cleaning Standards and the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards
- The Standards – what they mean and how they work
- Internal Auditing and linking back to everyday practice
- CAS4 – overview and familiarisation
- Practical session – tips, tricks and techniques
- Question and answer session
Understanding Audits (Floor Staff)
This is a 3 hour session conducted on your premises. It’s designed for Floor Staff to help them understand the standards that apply to them and how cleaning audits can help them.
While this will be tailored for your organisation, our core training module includes:
- an overview of the Standards and the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards
- The Victorian Cleaning Standards – what they mean and how they work
- Why audits are important – linking back to everyday practice
- Different types of audits
- Question and answer session
Training calendar
Public courses are held at a variety of central locations, close to public transport, and usually scheduled in February, July and October.
Public courses are good for organisations that only have a few staff that need training. They’re also a good opportunity to network with auditors from other organisations.
In-house training courses
Cogent can tailor an in-house training course for your auditors. The course can be specific and focus on standards, techniques and requirements specific to your organisation.
This is useful and cost-effective if you have a larger group to train.
